IN USE AT THE SERVICE DESK

KB Finder

A semantic search tool for USD’s 3,109 IT knowledge base articles. It matches plain-language problems (“my laptop screen broke”) to the right technical article, where keyword search often missed. I built it for my own lookups at the Service Desk, and it is now actively used at the desk.
